The insurance market of Uzbekistan is entering a stage of active transformation, and companies are increasingly focusing on international experience in personnel training. To this end, Uzbekinvest held an intensive training seminar from September 8 to 12, 2025, aimed at developing key competencies in employees necessary for working in the context of global challenges.
Recognized international experts were invited to conduct the classes: a lecturer at leading European business schools ESMT Berlin, London Business School and HHL-Leipzig, an expert in the field of ethical leadership Dr. Franziska Frank, as well as a representative of the global brokerage company Marsh Heiko Waber.
Over the course of five days, the participants mastered a wide range of topics, including Germany's experience in insurance and reinsurance, modern approaches to corporate governance, ethical leadership, methods of influence without formal authority and decision-making under pressure.
According to experts, the insurance market of Uzbekistan is at the stage of active development. However, in the coming years, it will face new challenges related to the introduction of artificial intelligence, increased international competition and the transformation of the labor market. In this regard, the training of UzbekInvest managers and specialists for work in a changing business environment is a strategically important factor.
The organized training seminar allowed the company's employees not only to better understand the nature of modern challenges, but also to acquire practical tools for successfully overcoming them. Particular attention was paid to the development of leadership qualities, teamwork skills and effective dialogue with all stakeholders.
Thus, the UzbekInvest initiative has become another step towards the formation of a sustainable corporate training system focused on the long-term development of the company and strengthening its position in the insurance services market.
